Teresa O'Donnell
Teresa is part of CEP’s Education Team as the Intake Specialist for the Energy Friendly Homes Program. With over a decade of case management experience in nonprofit and local government aging and disability programs, Teresa is passionate about helping local communities access energy upgrades for their homes.
Born and raised in Portland, Teresa loves cooking, getting out in nature, and attending art and cultural events.
