Rooftop Solar Program Manager
Are you passionate about serving frontline communities and protecting the environment? This position offers the opportunity to connect low-income homeowners in Portland, Oregon with no-cost rooftop solar installations.
This brand-new program will make solar more accessible than ever by providing community outreach and education and connecting households to programs for which they qualify. This is a great role for someone who is outgoing, community-oriented, and motivated by real-world impact. The ideal candidate enjoys building new partnerships, values measurable outcomes, and stays organized and self-motivated.

"I love the positive impact that I have on my clients. I love deepening my understanding of building science, and I love it even more when I get to apply that knowledge to inform solutions to real world problems. But if I had to pick one thing that I enjoy the most about my work, I’d have to say that it’s the culture here at CEP. The general belief about work culture in this country, and also around many parts of the world, tends to put the interests of companies far above the wellbeing of the people who make up those companies. I feel SO seen and cared about at CEP. It helps me to remember that it is possible for groups like ours to exist because we are here. Right now. Doing the work.
