  • Outreach Navigator - Energy Friendly Homes

    Are you passionate about connecting communities to resources that make homes safer, healthier, and more energy efficient? This position offers the opportunity to engage directly with frontline communities in Portland, Oregon and connect low-income homeowners to free and low-cost home energy upgrades.

    This role plays a key part in launching a new home retrofit program by leading community outreach, building partnerships with culturally specific organizations, and helping residents understand and access available services. It’s a great fit for someone who is relationship-driven, organized, and energized by working in the field and making a tangible impact.

    The ideal candidate enjoys building trust with diverse communities, coordinating events and outreach efforts, and using data to track progress and improve engagement. If you’re motivated by environmental justice and community impact, this is a meaningful opportunity to help expand access to critical home upgrades.
