Sara Joy Johnson
As the In-Homes Operations Manager, Sara’s focus is conducting home repair intakes with clients and database management for Portland Housing Bureau programs. She uses her previous non-profit experience with coordinating community resource programs to ensure Community Energy Project clients, especially seniors and adults with disabilities, have access to a safe and healthy home.
