Olivia Barrows
Outreach & Partnership Fellow | since 2025
Olivia is the Outreach and Partnership Fellow for Community Energy Project. Originally from western Colorado, Olivia pursued her undergraduate studies at Pacific University before earning her M.A. in International Studies from the University of Denver.
She values working at the local level to build intentional relationships and make a collective impact. Prior to joining CEP as an SEI Climate Corps Fellow, Olivia worked with the Denver business community to promote corporate social impact and sustainability.
When Olivia isn’t in the office, she can be found visiting art museums, trying new restaurants, and busting the NYT Connections puzzle.
