Haley Mountain
Haley Mountain is CEP’s Education and Engagement Program Director who brings over 10 years of experience working in the environmental justice field, providing community education and promoting new and existing relationships with community-based organizations, government agencies, and funders. She leverages her experience directly providing and overseeing our community education and client navigation programs to form strong partnerships and develop needs-based programming for our clients.
Haley has spent her years at Community Energy Project directly serving thousands of households through our community workshops, supporting the development and adaptation of our curriculum, and now oversees both our workshop coordinator and client navigator teams. Haley holds a BS in Environmental Science and BA in Environmental Policy from the College of the Environment at Western Washington University. In her spare time, you can find her exploring Portland with her husband, gardening, or lounging around with a good book and her cat, Violet.
