Cameo Konfrst is the Communications & Development Director at Community Energy Project, where she blends creativity, curiosity, and data-driven strategy to fuel fundraising, build meaningful partnerships, and amplify CEP’s mission of energy justice.
She holds an M.S. in Psychology, with a focus on statistics, and a B.S. in both Marketing and Psychology—bringing a distinctive mix of analytical insight and creative vision to her work. With over a decade of nonprofit experience across the arts, health, and research sectors, she specializes in media, grant writing, donor engagement, and community-centered storytelling.
Fueled by coffee and a love of discovery, Cameo is always looking for new ways to connect with the community. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her exploring Portland’s neighborhoods—dogs in tow and fork in hand.
