Cameo Konfrst
Development Director | since 2017
Cameo Konfrst is the Director of Development & Communications at Community Energy Project, where she leads fundraising, communications, and partnerships in support of CEP’s work to advance energy justice. Her work brings together strategy, storytelling, data, and relationship-building to grow the organization’s impact and connect communities with the resources and systems that shape their lives.
She holds an M.S. in Psychology with a focus on statistics, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Psychology. With more than a decade of nonprofit experience spanning the arts, health, and research sectors, Cameo brings both an analytical and creative approach to fundraising, media, grant writing, donor engagement, and community-centered storytelling.
Outside of work, Cameo is endlessly curious and usually in pursuit of something new, whether that means exploring a Portland neighborhood, trying a new restaurant, or heading out on an adventure with her family and dogs.
