In 2025 alone, UCI, CEP, and REACH have helped deliver more than $560,000 in home repair investments to homeowners in the N/NE Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area. These repairs not only preserve housing but also help residents remain connected to the communities they have helped build for generations. By providing essential repairs, education, and supportive services, these partners play a vital role in preventing displacement and preserving the character and legacy of N/NE Portland.
