- Strengthens our Community Education Programs – where community members learn skills in weatherization and lead poisoning prevention that last a lifetime.
- Fortifies In-Home Services to keep low-income seniors and people with disabilities safe and warm in their homes.
- Addresses climate change through electrification, repairs, and weatherization. For example, water heating is the second largest energy consumer in a home. Replacing an old, gas water heater with an electric heat pump water heater dramatically reduces household emissions and helps to save money on energy bills.
Simply put, without your support the low-income communities we serve would be left behind in the environmental movement as we work towards a sustainable greener future.
