Proceeds from purchases help support CEP programs.

Workshops and Instructions

CEP offers nearly 80 home weatherization workshops annually in the community. You are welcome to attend a workshop, even if you exceed income guidelines to receive a free kit. These interactive workshops include basic energy-saving tips centered around stopping drafts and reducing home heating costs with simple, low-cost measures. Ordering Information

You can print the order form and either mail or drop off the completed form and payment to our office (422 NE Alberta St.) and your order will be available within two business days.

 Please remember to provide your contact information so we can reach you about your order. We're sorry, but we are no longer shipping orders and will not be using eBay to fill online orders. We have only the capacity to fill local orders to be picked up at our office. Office hours are M-F 9am to 5pm, or by special arrangement as staff are available.
