Qualifications
The Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area ($2,500 repairs) has the following guidelines:
- Must be 55 years or older
- Must live in the ICURA Service Area*
- Must meet income guidelines
- Must be a homeowner
In order to receive services from our In-Home Safety Repair program, you must meet the following guidelines:
- Must be 55 years or older or have a disability
- Must live in the City of Portland
- Must meet income guidelines
